A. Chat History & Content (Local Processing)

We do not store your chat history.

  • Text Exports (Notion, Obsidian, Markdown, JSON): All processing happens locally within your browser. Your conversation data is sent directly from the AI provider (e.g., ChatGPT) to your destination (e.g., Notion) without passing through our servers.
  • PDF Exports: To generate high-quality PDF files, data is temporarily sent to our secure rendering server. This data is processed in memory and immediately deleted after the file is generated. We do not retain any logs of your conversation content.

B. Account Information

To provide access to Pro features (Single Pro or Universal Pass), we collect limited personal information:

  • Email Address: Used for account authentication, subscription management, and important service updates.
  • Payment Data: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, LemonSqueezy). We do not store your credit card information.

C. Usage Data

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., "1,000 exports performed today") to improve product performance and identify bugs. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. Please review their privacy policies:

  • Notion / Obsidian: When you sync data, you are subject to their respective privacy terms.
  • AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.): We do not control how these platforms handle your data.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

  • Communication between the extension and third-party APIs is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Access tokens (e.g., Notion Access Token) are stored locally in your browser's secure storage (Chrome Sync Storage) and are never sent to our servers.

4. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Chat Content: Never retained by us.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you (Email/Subscription status).
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications.
