Exporting Individual Searches
Learn how to save single Perplexity conversations to Notion with one-click export
Quick Start
After installing the extension, pin it to your browser toolbar for easy access. Click the puzzle piece icon, find Perplexity to Notion, and click the pin icon.

Initial Setup
Complete this one-time authorization before saving conversations.
Notion Authorization
- Click the extension icon and select “Connect to Notion”

In the Notion authorization window:
- Select your workspace
- Click “Next”

Choose your save location:
- Select “Save Page”
- Choose an existing page or create a new one
- Click “Allow Access”

After authorization:
- You’ll be redirected to Notion
- Close the page and return to Perplexity

Saving Conversations
Method 1: Save Current Conversation (Quick)
- Navigate to a Perplexity conversation page
- Click the extension icon in your browser toolbar
- Click “Save to Notion” button
- The entire conversation will be saved to your selected database
Free tier limit: 10 conversations per day

Include Sources & Related Questions
You can choose to include sources and related questions when exporting:
- Open extension popup
- Check “Include Sources & Related Questions”
- Click “Save to Notion”
This preserves the full context of your research, including reference links and suggested follow-up questions.

Tips
- Pin the extension for quick access
- Free tier quotas reset daily
- Sources and related questions are included by default
- Each export creates a new page in your selected Notion database
Troubleshooting
If save fails:
- Ensure stable internet connection
- Check Notion authorization is valid
- Refresh the Perplexity page
- Reopen the extension popup
